Store/Shipping Policies 

​We aim to provide premium customer service. If there are questions regarding your order, please email TheKLDCollection@outlook.com or on the Contact Page. There is a 24 -hour response time.
 
Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately after you order & your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. You must include your email at checkout for tracking to automatically be sent.
 
(If you did not include your email then you must contact us for tracking information as we would have no email for you.)

 

PROCESSING POLICY​​

The KLD Collection Processing timeframe is 3-5 Business Days. This is the timeframe it takes to process your orders. During

Peak Holiday Seasons, the Processing timeframe may be extended to 3-7 Business Days.

SHIPPING POLICY

The KLD Collections Shipping timeframe is 3-5 Business days AFTER your order has been processed. Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY which excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, missing, damaged, or stolen Packages. Delays may occur with USPS due to COVID-19 and during Peak Holiday Seasons.

 

Please make sure your address is correct. If your package is Returned to the office, you will be responsible for the Re-Shipment Fee.

​​RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

In the Unlikely event your order arrives damaged by the carrier, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service within 48 hours upon receiving to submit photos for review so we can evaluate the issue.

  • We only replace an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for exchange, everything must be in their original condition. 

  • You must contact us to get your exchange request approved and processed. 

  • In any event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address you submitted, you will be responsible to pay a $8.00 reshipping fee.

​​Wholesale Policy 

When choosing Wholesale with The KLD Collection, you are agreeing to the Wholesale Policy. 

 

Processing Timeframe is 7-14 Business Days.
During Major Holidays:  Holiday Processing Time is 14-21 Business Days. Holiday Processing Time is 14-21 Business Days.

**Please note the Processing Time may not take the full duration time but Wholesale Orders are completed in the order they are received. 

​ Shipping Timeframe is 3-5 Business Days. Excludes weekends & Holidays. 

 

​You may not use any of The KLD Collection's pictures or product names. 
Items will come unlabeled for wholesale as they are yours to label as your own.

No Returns or Exchanges on Wholesale.
